On Saturday, January 18 – the Prim Minister of Romania H. E. Ludovic Orban met with RABC President Stefan Minovici at the Victoria Palace, during an official visit to his office.
The two discussed the state of the US Diaspora, the Trauma/ Rehabilitation Center Project near Timisoara, RABC’s efforts in advocating for the Visa Waiver Program for Romania in the US Congress and the plan to assist with the Romanian Veterans with disabilities suffered during the Afghan and Iraqi Wars.
Mr. Orban expressed his gratitude and appreciation for RABC’s efforts to promote Romania’s interest in the United States while straightening the bilateral relations between the two countries.
The Prime Minister accepted an invitation to a business lunch with the members of the RABC Board during his next trip to New York
