On Thursday evening, February 25th, the fifth RABC Board Meeting took place at our Broadway Offices. The guest of honor was the Consulate General of Romania, Hon. Ioana Costache.
The topic discussed during the meeting were upcoming “The Security Development Nexus and its Policy Impact; A United Nations Perspective” on March 12, Romania Day Festival on Broadway on May 15, and a dedicated investment forum will take place in early Fall 2016 in Bucharest.
The council members agreed to increase its visibility and activities in the U.S. and Romania, to generate new interest within the U.S. business community for the bilateral U.S. and Romanian relations, as well as increase membership and addressing concerns of our community.
The board welcomes our new members, Ana Lita, Aspasia Machaira, Radu Panfil and Dimitri Cubert.
Our next board meeting will take place on March 26th at the Moldova Restaurant in Brooklyn, New York.
