Florin is a distinguished and savvy entrepreneur, having set up and managed various companies in Europe, West Africa and the United States. Within the Oil and Energy sector Florin excelled as a Business Development Manager – in West Africa, representing Prospectiuni S.A., a leading European geophysical, geological and environmental services company with over sixty years of stellar performance .
Florin previously served as Secretary of State and Chief of Armaments Department within the Romanian Ministry of Defense.
Florin has lived and worked in five countries in West Africa and Europe and speaks fluently four languages. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from USAMVBT Timisoara.
