A seasoned executive with over fifteen years on Wall Street, Cristina works as vice-president of operations for EFL Investments International in New York. She is the main liaison and coordinator to the CEO and Founder, working with several managing partners and owners.
Cristina coordinates complex domestic and international projects for the organization with an emphasis on VIP clients, and has direct involvement in attracting new business for EFL. Involved regularly with special projects at her previous firm, MIC & Associates, Cristina was the key factor in arranging the opening of the NASDAQ Market by the Prime Minister of Romania Adrian Nastase in 2001. She coordinated in part the presidential visit of Ion Iliescu of Romania in 2002, when the country’s leader opened the Romanian Day Festival on Wall Street, an exclusive MIC & Associates event. Cristina was one of the planners of the visit by President Emil Constantinescu of Romania to New York in 2004. She created and coordinated “The Romantic Wines of Romania” with the participation of four major Romanian wine producers and in 2015 worked on the Enchanting Wines of Transylvania at the launching of Jidvei Winery in the US.
Cristina was the Project Manager of “Going Public USA” a pioneering event listing of Romanian companies on the American Stock Exchange and NASDAQ. She has also coordinated the Romania Day Festival on Broadway since 2000.
Cristina Holds a BA in accounting from Keller University School of Management in New York as well as a BA in accounting from the Romanian Economic Institute (ASE) in Bucharest.
