Twenty three editions when direct flights between Romania and the US resume after two long decades in the making.
Our delegation was led by the Romanian ambassador to Washington DC, Mr. Andrei Muraru and by Consul General of Romania to New York, Mrs. Simona Mihaela Florea.
The arrival took place at JFK airport – Terminal Seven. There, our delegation greeted a professional flying team, led by Captain Iulian Scorpan, director and co-owner of HiSky Airlines. It was also the first time in twenty-years since a direct Bucharest – New York commercial flight was completed in less than
10 hours!
