Lavinia has worked in the past 10 years as a senior business consultant for international and domestic firms, including KPMG and Louis Berger.

Throughout her professional career, she handled multimillion-dollar responsibility related to multidisciplinary consultancy projects in areas covering investment projects, financial engineering instruments for SMEs, state aid schemes, research & development & innovation, government strategic planning, non-reimbursable funding, programming & evaluation of governmental financial interventions.

Lavinia covered all stages of project cycle management – from developing bidding documentations to writing winning proposals under competitive bidding, staff recruitment and mobilization, business development, contract negotiations, as well as project management and procurement of services & goods under TA projects.

A true and consummate professional, Lavinia has a reputation for strengthening and building the public sector, from within. She has a proven track record for successfully managing and implementing various research projects, analysis reports, socio-economic studies for regional & local public administrations in Romania and other European Union institutions.

She holds an MSc in Management of Structural Funds and a BA degree in Business administration at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania.
