Lavinia has worked the past 10 years as a senior business consultant for international and domestic firms, including KPMG and Louis Berger.
Throughout her professional career, she has handled multimillion-dollar project related to multidisciplinary consultancy projects in areas covering investment projects, financial engineering instruments for SMEs, state aid schemes, research, development and innovation, government strategic planning, non-reimbursable funding, and programming and evaluation of governmental financial interventions.
Lavinia covered all stages of project cycle management – from developing bidding documentations to writing winning proposals under competitive bidding, staff recruitment and mobilization, business development, and contract negotiations, as well as project management and procurement of services & goods under TA projects.
A true and consummate professional, Lavinia has a reputation for strengthening and building the public sector from within. She has a proven track record for successfully managing and implementing various research projects, analysis reports, and socio-economic studies for regional and local public administrations in Romania and other European Union institutions.
She holds an MSc in Management of Structural Funds and a BA in Business Administration from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania.
